| Interesting Relationship Research: Recent studies by John Gottman,Ph.D., have shown that good relationships are characterized by a 10:1 ratio of positive to negative interactions. Simply count the number of positive and negative interactions in a time sample with your significant other, and see how you match up. If it is less than 4:1, consider whether the relationship is satisfying to you. |
